Here is a recording i made of my kitchen hob igniting. I used a lighter to ignite the gas instead of the built in igniter as i didn't want the 'click click click" to ruin the recording of the flame. Sennheiser mkh 416 - sound devices 442 - tascam dr680. .

I've only had one take of breaking glass mirror shot for feature film - so i used 3 different microphones at different input levels & position to avoid clipping. This one is from oktava mk-012 short condenser microphone with omni capsule to sound devices 788t. .

Murchunga (nepali: मुर्चुङ्गा) is one of the ancient musical instrument as jaw harp. This collection is a sample sound from one-particular instrument that comes pre-tuned to a scale when crafted. And the device being too tiny to produce the sound signal, it was difficult to record the full length and frequencies. There could be other better sounds from a professional recorder. It just gives an idea of how it hears.

This sound is a recording of the bell of a bicing bike. It is a sound object used in the sonic ensemble soundscape. Called percussive due to its impact characteristics. It was recorded using a zoom h4 recording device at roc boronat street in front upf campus, barcelona. Recorded for the sound creation lab project.
