A morphagene reel recorded from an old swedish air organ. The reel is organized into 5 groups, cmaj scale, octave up, thirds, fourths, and fifths. Really nice slowed down or through a low pass gate.
I'm playing my acoustic guitar, a 26-year old yamaha cg-100a, fingering in d at 80bpm and this recording can be looped seamlessly. This was recorded with a samson c01 microphone plugged into a behringer u-phoria um2.
About 100 year old music-box symphonion playing the traditional christmas tune "o tannenbaum" (oh christmas tree). Recording devices: edirol r-09, okm ii stereo microphones.
I used audacity to record this sound with no editing. I used turtle beaches x12 to record. The sound was from an old antique wind-up toy mechanism (music box) that was made in japan. I covered the metal with my finger to change tone of the song. The song played on the music box was called "close to you". Reminds me the simpsons movie. -check me out on youtube "gamingninjataco": https://www. Youtube. Com/channel/ucgtmxqssht0xzv0riousz_a.
Recorded with a 2 x micrtech gefell m296 omnis in ab on a dat. This is a 10 jear old recording;-)very gentle waves on the rocks of the beach. You ca hear a gentle blubbering of the waves under the rocks.
This comes from a drum synth function on an old mysterious electric organ. It also features the analog reverb enabled. I recorded this straight from the speaker 24bit with a sony pcm-d50.
This is me pretending i'm the pilot of a landing craft going from the philadelphia desert to old yonkers in the post-apocalyptic future. There's plenty of distortion and modulation on the voice. And yes "streetgang" is the code name for the boat in apocalypse now.
My girlfriend's 4 year old daughter was playing a game on the computer when a woman's voice began giving directions on how to play. This is a recording of the raging battle that ensued. I used my olympus ws-310m for this recording.
The couple seconds of crackle before the music starts on an old vinyl record. Recorded through usb into audacity from a sony pslx300usb usb stereo turntable.
This is an old recording that was never used for anything. It's basically an 8 bit audio file of me saying "allow me to open the door" in a sort of high pitched voice. Apparently this was used for a half-life mod, but, again, was never used.
This is the sound my wooden chair makes when i go back and forth! this sound is very useful and it can be used in several occasions. For example this could be the sound an old wooden boat cruising on the sea. Use your imagination! enjoy!.
My 8 week old pup throwing a fit because i walked out of the room for about 5 seconds. If anyone is thinking of getting a puppy then download this and play it non-stop for about 2 weeks on high volume.
This is a recording made in the kitchen of my apartment where i am rehearsing an old sankyo music box with the song silent night. This recording was made with my iphone connected to the shure mv88 plus digital stereo microphone.
I got hit by a spinning firecracker that decided to run into me while recording my other firecracker sounds. In the middle of the clip it sounds like someone stepping on old wood planks. Maybe someone will have some use for this sound.
Old oscillators being put to good use! i felt like this could be an underwater submarine sound but feel free to use it for whatever suits you best. Intentionally dry of any compression, eq, or effects.
The sound of scrubbing an am radio back and forth across the spectrum. There are bits and pieces of stations picked up, but it's mostly interference. Recorded using an old analogue radio, connected to a zoom h1 handy recorder.
Here is nothing but a pleasant day at the country with an old good friend listening to the distant dogs barking, the birds and the wind. - recorded on a zoom 4hn on a rycotte shock mount and trough a dead-cat. All you need is a beer!.
An aiff recording of two lovely old guys playing the gamelan xylophone in bali. Recorded last october with a pmd660 marantz in 16 bit with internal mics. A little bit of air around it but a very beautiful little tune and perfect for background to something. Enjoy.
I read a famous quote by roosevelt (a transatlantic speaker) in a transatlantic accent, then put old radio effects on it. Hope it amuses you in some way.
The basic sound of a clothes dryer tumbling, mostly the deep rumbling of the motor and the thump of the tumbler. There is some sound of the clicking of clothes within the dryer, but not much. Recorded on a sony pcm-m10 recorder with a very old electret condenser microphone.
The fully processed beat i used for my caustic 2. 1 track caustic antics. Very liitle eq but slight ping pong delay that fitted the track great. 124 bpm.
An old sample. I don't remember if this was made in soundforge or goldwave, but i think it was originally a recording of my voice. . . Some kind of chewbacca-like noise. Heavilly flanged. Oh, and please, forgive the onomatopoeic naming convention, but i like my sounds to look like they sound.
I recorded this a ways back on a cassette recorder and i tried to remove as much hiss as i could with sony's 'sound forge' but i think the hiss kinda gives it an old time vinyl sound. Please comment on what you will use it for. Thanks. :^).
An old brown plastic wind organ (?)-you plug it in, and a fan blows the reeds-these are samples of the button chords-somewhat concertina like. Recorded quickly with sure sm81 condenser thru hb tube pre into motu/digi perf setup. A major.
Old-style bell alarm clock turns on, rings 4 sec, is turned off. Clock ticks once or twice before file ends. 44. 1khz 16bit mono. Neumann tlm103 through yamaha mg10/2 mixer and rnc1773 compressor into computer.
A ticking wall clock chimes 9 times, 10 times and 11 times. Including the ticking noise. The clock is old, so maybe the bell isn't that perfect, than newer ones.
Forest drum sound similar to the old donkey kong style sounds with some atmospheric sound that carries on after using a cement mixer and some rain. If some aspects of this sound are not to your liking there's a couple variations on my page.
A bit sad but beautiful string arrangement. Great background track for games etc. If you use in a real project, i'd be happy to know :)(no credit required).
This is pack is comprised of short sound fx with an "old school" touch. I was trying to create some fx, but it turned out this pack sounds too cheerful for my project. Maybe you could find some sound of your interest in it.
Old commercial port atmosphere with men talking and loading ships, sea, seagulls, sails. Pirates. Atmósfera de puerto comercial antiguo con hombres hablando y cargando los barcos, mar, gaviotas, velas. Ambiente piratas.

This is a sound i created to the game https://apps. Facebook. Com/social-snakes/ using garage band. It's a small sound, just like old school video games. The "pause" sound it's simply the notes c, d, e.
