Birds singing outside my bedroom in an atypical quiet day while cars and trains are passing by. Recorded with my samsung s2 with sony's audio recording app (highest quality possible) and then edited in audacity (dc offset and normalizing).

Very unprofessional sol note of a regular flute. Used for python programming training on digital signal processing subject. Not aimed for sound usage.

This is the arrival of the class 40 locomotive into bury station on the east lancashire railway. The sound was recorded from bury south signal box as the train rounded the curve into bury bolton st station. This was recorded on the h4n. The date of the recording was 12th january 2013.
